« Room was disappointing, had a funky smell. It wasn’t mildew (which is good) but couldn’t place the smell. Room had an awkward layout. Area around hotel was very busy with bars, loud music and deafeningly loud cars driving too fast. Not a good neighborhood for walking with children, »

« Not enough people at the front desk making line ups. The hostess at the restaurant was not nice or helpful, with a hint of arrogance…. We decided not to eat there. »

« When we booked it we were told there was a smoking room and when we went to check in they told us they don't have smoking on the property so we didn't even stay there. We went back home. It ruined my birthday »

« The space of the room was excellent, we really liked the kitchen, since we like to make our food. The reception and the staff were very polite and friendly. We have already stayed in hotels with more expensive daily rates and I can say that our experience this weekend was our best. We stayed only 1 day but we liked it much more than, for example, Holiday Inn or Marriott. »

« The A/C didn't work and although the maintenance man looked at it and he said, "The unit is very dirty and would get to it the next day. »

« The evening front desk manager was very helpful. There had been some kind of leak in the room, possibly from the huge rain the day before & the carpet was still damp. The coffee pot & TV did not work. The evening of our last night, the manager finally was able to come fix both but by then our stay was about over. Our room was by the pool & was noisy at times. There was a standard breakfast available. The location was excellent for us. »

« The Hotel was very clean, great staff and activities to do . Very peaceful as well »

« The room was windowless. The air smelled like mildew and butt. The room was also preposterously small. It was also too warm in the room and the A/C unit didn’t work well. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that was broken and didn’t seal - So you won’t miss a moment of your partner’s bathroom breaks. But hey, atleast you could buy an eight dollar white claw from the lobby. Would not recommend. »
