« We had SUCH a wonderful experience here! It was clean, quiet. Beautiful pool area. Awesome exercise room. We ended up needing to change some of our plans and the staff was SO kind and helpful. The free, warm, yummy cookies at the front desk were my kids’ favorite part for sure! »

« The good news: the staff was responsive, friendly, thorough, and helpful. The bad news: The parking situation was bad. The road for the hotel was partially closed so getting to the parking garage while dragging luggage through downtown was a big pain. After managing traffic and closures from hotel to garage (15 minutes +), I had to walk a couple blocks, cross at a clearing, and walk back a couple of blocks with a heavy back-pack and suitcase. « The stay was unpleasant. The initial reception who checked us in was pretty short with us. We waited for 2hours to check in the room and we had had a long drive from out of town. No apologies no acknowledgment, all she said was your room is not ready and you picked a very specific room. we arrived around 3.20 pm and we didn’t get checked in until after 5 pm. « Just keep looking. U truly get what u pay for! Several things broken..no stopper in tub to take a bath. I guess eating breakfast in the rm u pay for is a no no & the 6 month old carpet is a LIE!! My grandbabies came by to visit me so of course took off thr shoes & I had to clean & DISINFECT the black dirt off thr feet!!! Asked to be reimb ANYTHING from my 4 day stay & was told I was SOL so deal with it! »
