'Beds were so comfortable , room was clean and large, loved having a fridge and kierig . It was great getting a text saying to text back if I needed anything. We needed more towels. It was quickly delivered. The breakfast was delish! Bathroom fan didn’t work and the toilet seat should be replaced. I have no idea why but it looks like the seat was damaged and painted which looks dirty. We loved our stay . We were very happy!'

'Always enjoy my stay. The property isn’t fancy or upscale, and it could use some upgrades, but it could be a whole lot worse. However, the staff has always been very nice to me and my family when we come into town. If there’s an issue, the staff member always tries, accommodate our needs. basically it does what we need it to do for the few days in town. Love and appreciate the hospitality!'

'When we arrived, we greeted host at the entrance and he helped me and my partner get to the gravel parking area. Once we parked, he gave us a quick but thorough rundown of the property and reassured us if we needed anything he and his wife would be on property and on call for us. 'Loved our stay here at the cabin! Spent the days boating at Sam Rayburn and spent the nights unwinding in the air conditioned and cozy cabin. We were impressed with the cleanliness and hospitality of the host- we had everything we needed. Thank you for hosting us, we are looking forward to staying here again in the future!'

'My husband and I visited with our one year old Lab for the weekend. The house was super clean and nice. Very secluded! We never saw another human all weekend! The swim area is muddy so water shoes are recommended. Beds are super comfortable. Great wifi. Great communication with host. Definitely recommend.'
