'Beautiful hotel and ambiance! Favorite reading spot by the lobby fireplace. Dining was delicious at The Dive restaurant. Loved the quaint room and abundant closet and drawer space. Spacious shower and spectacular rainfall shower head. Only complaint was the mattress we had gave me a backache since I’m used to a firm one, but it’s probably okay for those who prefer soft mattresses. '1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well. 2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair. 3. 'Weg aan motel is erg luidruchtig, vraag om een kamer aan de achterkant van het hotel. Is gedateerd maar prima te doen voor 1 nacht. Ontbijt niet spectaculair. '

'The check-in process is very combursome and confusing. The lockbox next to the fire extinguisher doesn't make sense when there are multiple fire extinguishers on site. If you advertise a sofa sleeper it should be made up or at the very least there should be sheets, pillows and blankets inside the unit. Fortunately, the Days in Staff was very helpful. '
