'Cute, cozy, clean, comfy, quiet! Great wildlife and star gazing from the deck. Had everything we needed, and Dian was so easy to communicate with. Bed was so soft and cozy. Shower was hot with great pressure. My only complaint is we didn't stay longer! '

'The place was amazing. Everything we needed for cooking dinner and lounging around. The hot tub was the deal breaker for the area. We sat in the hot tub and got to see a solar flare and many shooting stars in the super quiet and dark sky! This was a perfect place to see the Great Sand Dune National Park.'

'This property has a beautiful view of the mountains and is located in very peaceful area. We were able to have a very enjoyable weekend, visiting the Great Sand Dunes and Zapata Falls. When we returned to the property, our family was able to sit back, eat dinner and relax without being on top of each other. The owner was very reseptive and commincation between us was easy from the time I booked, all the way to the end. I would definitely recommend this property and I look forward to maybe coming...
