'It was a lovely stay. Very quiet and conveniently located. The staff was great. My only complaint was my balcony room was right overtop the outdoor smoking area. I could barely sit out there and enjoy the balcony or have the door open for air. I was choking on cigarette smoke.'

'I ended up leaving because there was a man sleeping on a couch right outside my room. As a female traveling alone this is very concerning and unsafe. I have never seen this before and is a terrible practice. The outside door was propped open so anyone could walk right in. Safety was obviously not a priority.'
