'This room was a completely pleasant surprise. The outside of the building appears a little sketchy, but the lobby, room, and courtyard were all in great, clean condition! The hotel is definitely older, but for the price, ease of check-in and out, kind staff, and shear size of the room it is more than worth it. Our room had two queen beds with enough space in between them that we could have put a third bed there! AND a kitchenette and dining table and a vanity area outside of the bathroom. I...

'We stopped at the Baymont for an overnight stay while traveling, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel was exceptionally clean, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and accommodating. The evening staff who checked us in made us feel welcome, and the breakfast staff the next morning truly made our day. 'I was put in a handicapped room I did not request. The TV did not work. Called the front desk and a woman came down to check the TV. This is when she admitted the hotel knew there was a problem with the TV but did not bother to tell me before checking in. The room was like an icebox when I arrived. Tired to turn the heat on for a short bit and the heat DID NOT work! In the middle of the night the chain broke on the toilet handle. Had to lift the toilet tank lid to flush. Room stunk so bad...
