'The house was clean and spacious, access was easy and the location was convenient. The wrap around porch was nice for sitting outside. It worked well for our needs and we had no issues with it. We did not get a chance to check out the lake, but it is very near by. Maybe next time, as we would def choose this one again. '

'Everything we needed for a quiet and relaxing getaway to Toledo bend. The hot tub, view from the dock, and the fire pit were standouts among the amenities. If you need a chance to get away from everything hustle and bustle and ground yourself in perfect seclusion, this is the spot!'

'It was worth the cost. Just be aware that the restaurant and bar does karaoke late and you are 10 feet from it and it is loud. But the place was clean and everything went fine other than the very off key singing. '

'We booked this for my son’s SETX bass fishing tournament. My husband, son, and our boat captain each had their own room and bathroom which was great coming off the water. The host checked in on us throughout our stay and made everything so smooth and easy. She really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. She even shared pictures of her dad’s fishing championships back in the day which my son thought was really cool. We will be back for the next tournament for sure. '

'The house was located well for our needs. It was easy to find, and there was a full kitchen with a coffee maker. There was a large bathroom and good hot water. It was very clean and the living room was comfy with two couches and a TV with many channels. The owner is a good communicator. '
