'The stay was functional but lacked any elements of luxury or modern accomodations. Just a basic room.'

'The bathroom needed to be upgraded. It was a handicap walk-in shower and the bottom corners on each side of the shower were rotted out and ants were coming out of hole. Rest of room was clean. Staff was great!'

'No crib in the room, we choice this hotel because we were traveling with family. We choice this hotel because amenities said it had a crib, and on arrival we were told no they haven't had a crib in the room in two years. The morning of checking out we woke up to find water in the floor from hotel plumbing. Notified office immediately and all they did is bring a mop. Office staff of hotel didn't offer anything for not having a crib or the wet floor.'

'AC doesn’t work when no one is in the room. It stayed hot the whole time. The bed was mushy and very uncomfortable. TV barely worked and Wi-Fi wasn’t good.'

'First room smelled like smoke and had a ripped/burned comforter. Second room smelled so strong of bleach (I'm assuming to cover up an odor). Dirty floors, dirty bathrooms. I tried to push through but the final straw was the run down cloudy pool with broken chairs. I didn't even let my kids swim once I saw it. By the time we left, my kids had itchy flea bites on them. The lady at the front desk was very friendly when I explained I couldn't let my kids stay and I needed to check out. Do not stay...

'Very limited seating for breakfast and of the 3 small tables with seating for 2 were all occupied. Pool was green so you couldn't use it.'

'Fairly priced and clean. Mostly smiles all around from the hotel team. BUT *giggle* Front desk attendant on day one was quite unique and lacked basic professionalism and manners. I didn’t have any special requests at all, but she made me feel like I was a bother and said some rude things… as she cussed at the football game. lol All I could do was giggle a bit. It wasn’t like I was going to have to deal with her again. But it made me sad that the simple interaction could bring down the business.'
