'Nice place but the housekeeping/maid service was terrible. They came in twice in 4 nights, and barely cleaned the rooms. Essentially just took out the garbage and replaced towels. They haphazardly threw the sheets on the bed. Couldn’t even make the bed. Also charge $25 for parking when the lot across the street is $10. Strange. Hotel and pool were nice, but it’s those little things that keep you from getting 5 stars.'

'Staff were so friendly. This was my second time staying at this hotel. Pool was nice and relaxing. Room overlooked the gondola. Location was walkable to our favorite restaurant, gondola and hiking/biking paths and the ski resort. Loved staying here and will be staying again in the future.'

'Mooie grote loft met 2 verdiepingen. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel jammer dat het grote dakraam geen gordijnen of een rolluik heeft. Nu komt er vanaf zonsopgang wel heel veel licht de slaapkamer in.'

'How tub was out of service. Motel was in a great place right on the Main Street in town. Beds were comfortable. Overall, nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. It was a great location for our family.'

'The property and rooms were filthy. Maid service was nonexistent, even asking several times. Front desk was noncommunicative and not helpful at all. She spent her time on her iPhone instead of tending to customers. The sheets were stained and towels were rough. The soap and shampoo was so watered down that it wasn’t effective. Wall sockets in bathroom didn’t work. Will not stay there again!'

'Clean and comfortable room with cold A/C. Staff was extremely friendly and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Very convenient location for the summer concert series and on the city.bus route. Would stay again without question.'

'Very basic room, with microwave and mini-fridge. Very clean. A great value for the price in a very expensive area. I would stay there again. Breakfast was simple but completely adequate.'

'Loved the amenities. The hotel was so unique. The game room was perfect for family. We were in for my son’s wedding and were able to use the outdoor grill. The staff was wonderful and they got to have a meal with us too. We used the kitchen in our two bedroom suite daily.'

'Not a full service hotel but they charged for parking. It’s only $12 a day but a complete joke. Parking lot was not even close to full. Needs some work if you’re going to charge for it. No elevator but it’s only a two story hotel. All I have to say is you get what you pay for!'

'Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.'

'Hadden op basis van beschikbare kamers en reisafstand op onze trip deze accommodatie in Yampa geboekt. Bij binnenkomst van het plaatsje, met 400 inwoners en onverharde straten (op 1 na), wisten we eerst niet wat ons overkwam. Staat daar (surprise, surprise) aan een brede gravel straat een vrij nieuw hotel met ca. 50 kamers, met er voor een Penny's Diner, waar je kan inchecken.
