« This was exactly what we needed! Our family of four (kids ages 9 and 11) were so comfortable here for four nights. We enjoyed watching sunsets on the beach each night, fishing from the beach, and relaxing on the deck. We explored some local spots as well as Louisburg and the Cabot Trail from here. The team was very responsive when we needed them. On our last morning we saw three deer in front of our dome! »

« Quick trip for our anniversary. What a great property,clean and EVERYTHING thought out in great detail.Great location and super quiet.Thanks . The only negative thing was the hot tub cover (water logged ) for a small cover its not very easy to put back on the tub. »

« Nous avons apprécié nous retrouver en nature dans ce lieu si calme avec une vue magnifique et de beaux couchers de soleil. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner et même quelques aliments pour dépanner le premier soir si on a oublié d'arrêter à l'épicerie. Il faut bien sûr un véhicule à quatre roues motrices pour monter la côte et il peut arriver que le wifi ne soit pas accessible mais ça ne dure pas longtemps. »

« Le site est bien,tranquilité assurée.Par contre la toilette écologique dégage une odeur d'égout autant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur et il faut la vidanger apres 1 1/2 semaine. La baignade est possible à marée haute,le fond est boueux et il y a des algues.En bref, place à améliorations. »

« This place was amazing, my wife made arrangements without me knowing and they had it decorated for my birthday with even a birthday cake waiting for me. It was quite the surprise, and they did an awesome job. They had everything and more available for you to use. »

« My stay was perfect. Having spent my summers on the Bras d’Or lake as a child I knew what I was getting with regards to lake (it is clear, warmer than the ocean, salt water —perfect to me!), but this was my first stay at Lakeside Luxury. I booked the cottage which was a great option for privacy, the screened porch was perfect for the mornings and evenings to get away from bugs. The bed was very comfortable and so was the sofa and there were some really great finishes in the cottage to give it...

« The house is located in a quaint and picturesque community off the beaten path. There is a lovely ocean breeze that cools the house down in the evening (if you are concerned about no air conditioning). We did not struggle to sleep in the evenings. The host is amiable and visited us as we were checking out. I mentioned that there was no coffee (only tea) and that there was no laundry detergent (to go along with the washer and the coffee maker). I grew up in the area, so I was able to find these...
