« Excellent staff. Hotel was clean and the site was relaxing with a nice meadow out back. The dining chairs need to be reupholstered, but other than that the common spaces were inviting and well kept. Breakfast was good (would like real oatmeal served rather than packets of instant). »

« Our stay at the Bauer House was more than we hoped for. We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the beautiful trees, listening to the birds, and soaking in just a bit of nature. Every detail of the home was cozy and perfect. We loved the decor, the comfort, and the overall setting.. inside and out! « There was moldy food in the microwave from months prior, grass was high ans the weeds, deadbugs and live ones thought-out the whole house, dirty refrigerator, showers dirty with spiders everywhere, sink upstairs leaked through the ceilings and you couldn't flush any paper down the toilets plus no smoke alarms also no toilet paper provided »
