'The staff was very attentive. The property itself needs a complete renovation. Breakfast was fine.'

'Electrical outlets totally inadequate and too few for ordinary needs. Table and counter surfaces not thoroughly cleaned. Hair dryer did not work. Tissue box in bathroom nearly empty. Handrail in stairwell had a supporting bracket torn loose from wall. No grab bar in the shower. Inadequate number of choices offered for breakfast.'

'Room had a layer of dust and ac stopped working overnight. Breakfast was lackluster, beds were hard, rooms are outdated, and some room finishings like curtains have rips and damage. Not the worst place to stay, it was secure and didn’t have bugs or anything, but it is rundown and not worth the price'

'Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. '

'Very cute place to stay, it suited our needs very well. It was quiet and cozy. Very close to restaurants. The bake shop downstairs made the entire place smell like cookies...just delicious! Will definitely stay here again should the need arise.'

He parked on the street so my car could be parked in the driveway, and offered to get groceries for us as well. The home is beautifully decorated and was very cozy! It was extremely clean. I have stayed in several VRBO's and can confidently say Adam has been the best host. Thank you so very much!'
