« Very frumpy and a bit dumpy on outside and in hallway and lobby. Staff were pretty nice. Big room for 5 was OK. They really should try to make place look nicer. There seem to be some semi-permanent guests who barbecue and hang out by parking lot each night. It looks a little shifty, like a hobo camp, but actually did not feel dangerous. Window did not lock shut. tv worked fine. Plumbing a bit loud. OK place for a larger family in one room but nothing really nice about it other than nice walkable...

« Rural country at its best, fit for animal lovers, fishing hobbyists, photographers and those who just need to getaway to de-stress, relax and enjoy nature's beauty. The Bunkhouse is small, cute cowboy & horse themed house with a great view of the lake, countryside and night sky! I loved the shower, kinda spa like! I love the covered clock roadway! It gave me BeetleGuise vibes! »

« This rental is excellent for a family reunion or a small group retreat. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone in Scandia is friendly. The landscape of the property is beautiful!!! The host is very gracious with thorough and kind communication. Scandia has an excellent restaurant called Tags and the service and quality of food is excellent!!! »

« This was the perfect spot to meet up with friends for a weekend away. It was spacious inside, with plenty of room for kids to play and everyone to sleep comfortably. We loved the remote location. The kids enjoyed running around outside and seeing the deer in the field in the evenings. We will definitely consider coming back for another weekend get away with our friends in the future! »
