« My husband, 4 children, and i stayed here this past weekend and it was great. Home was well kept and the location right across from Rock Port Beach was so convenient 👌 This property would be perfect for an extended family traveling to the beach. There are smaller cottages on the side so everyone could book their own little spot but still feel close together. Definitely coming back soon! 😇 »

« Our room 211 was clean inside but there was cigarette butts in a bowl on the private porch, a beer can and a bucket of some kind of dead fish. We enjoyed the pool and the fishing pier. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back 😊 »

« Clean, cozy, and convenient. Our room is shared with the second floor resident but is a private quarters with a bathroom and small kitchen. There is also a private resident downstairs who is the contact for keys and has great recommendations. The place accommodates 4 but I would recommend no more than 2 adults and 2 children. 4 adults would be close quarters. Great for a couples stay. It's walking distance from almost everything. »

« Perfect Location... We loved the pier.... Loved the old style of the cottage. »

« Overall a nice quiet not much of any kind of traffic. Close to town and shops. Very good the pool was nice. »

« Property was better than expected. Views from the porch over looking the bay were perfect! »

« The property was beautiful. The separate entry downstairs room/bathroom was perfect for our adult nephew. The loft was a haven for our 17 year old and the 11 year old was satisfied with the sleeper sofa. The beds (foam mattress?) were exceptionally comfortable and there were many charming touches throughout. »

« Peaceful, and beautiful. We didnt fight crowds and eveything was cost effective. Rockport is a great city to visit. »

« Everything was lovely. Judy responded to me promptly ever emailed her. Just remember the dock across the street belongs to her neighbor, not her. »

« Overall a very nice place to stay. Water views from the porch, quiet area, still convenient to everything. Wish it had a dishwasher (although I don’t know where you’d put it) and outdoor grill was a mess. I had to spend a lot of time cleaning the grill before I could use it. The cottage had everything you could possibly need. If you want to cook meals yourself and avoid restaurants, this is a great option. Communication was great. I didn’t report the grill issue but I’m sure they would have...

« This bay house was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. The back porch had the stair way removed from the center of the porch, and now it is on the outside of the home. This was an excellent improvement.Washer and dryer were in very good condition as was the dishwasher.Overall, it was a most relaxing stay for my sons, their wives and their children. »
