« Room was a bit dusty. Floor was dirty to walk on. One of the beds had a bunch of hair, a booger, and a smear of blood but the bed was made as if someone slept on it without getting in the covers. It would have been hard for the cleaning staff to have caught it. Other than that everything else was super clean, staff was amazing, its quiet, and a great price! »

« Pool was great and rooms very clean. My only complaints are the bedding was awful, so make sure you have an extra blanket. It was literally two sheets with a thin blanket between them. Also, during our stay the pool restaurant and bar were not open. Not a huge deal, we walked inside to the bar to order food, but it would have been so nice to have the one by the pool available »

« The room was cozy and to bed like a cloud. Breakfast was the best. Eggs was fluffy not dry like most hotels. »

« Rhonda checked us in and she was great. But the woman who was working at that same time should go thru her customer service training again! We arrived 1/2 an hour before check I , and instead of nicely explaining that she was unable to check us in early, she was rude, dismissive and snarky - and it was very much NOT appreciated. « 06/07 Check in and out Our check in lady was great and on point from the time we came til she left. I hate I didn’t get her name. We came out of town to do a pool party for my Daughter who turned 13 and it was a success. Housekeeping could have been better the bathroom was no all that clean and the carpet felt really dirty.
