Most disappointing was that we had to check out a day early because of an impending snowstorm that would create hazardous road conditions. I advised our host and requested a full or partial refund, which was declined. However, VRBO did provide an immediate refund for that early departure, which I am grateful for. The neighborhood was quiet and the AC was very efficient - cold even on some exceedingly hot days. If you are looking for a budget-friendly, no-frills rental, this place is great.
