« This place was absolutely beautiful! The home is wonderfully restored and shows the history of the property. The lake was excellent for kayaking and fishing. We saw deer near the lake in the evenings. The home is also well stocked with everything you will need for your stay. »

« It was a great place to stay. It’s very easy to get to Paducah and other sites from the house. The host is so great to communicate with. We had to change a day due to my husband interviewing at a church unexpectedly and she was quick to fix it for us. They also provided farm fresh eggs, which we love and muffins for breakfast. There were even some snack bars. We’ve never stayed anywhere that had great cooking utensils as they have here. We want to book again and see things we didn’t get to do...

« We needed a 1 night stay, got in late. Great house and it was clean. The only comment I would say and they are very minor is, there was no light outside and it was very dark. Also, the rug at the front door both inside and out, had no grip so we slid around a bit. »
