Instead of apologizing they argued that everyone was exaggerating their wait time. Very unfriendly and rude. The hallways and elevators smelled horribly. « It’s a beautiful hotel. It was very clean and the interior was gorgeous. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great brunch at the hotel before leaving. I will definitely stay there again when I go back to Little Rock. I give it five stars. »

« Room was amazing. There was a kitchenette, a real closet with a safe and the sofa was an extremely comfy sectional. We were expecting the same old traditional motel room set up and instead we got a huge upgrade for the same price. They not only accept pets but expected us to have one with us like that's just what everyone does. »

« They switched our room from a king to a room with 2 queen beds because of over booking (didnt tell us) even though i booked the room over a month in advance. Then when we get into the room and the mini fridge was leaking with towels inside and outside of the fridge. The room smelt very musty. Other then that the staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom and the beds were clean. »
