'Bedding and carpeting are old and need updating, and room smells musty, but hotel is priced fairly in recognition of this. Bathroom was renovated and room was very clean. Staff at desk helpful with late night check in. Not much for breakfast - packaged cereal and muffins and toast. Coffee was good. Convenient if star gazing at Cherry Springs - about 20 minutes from the astronomy viewing field. '

'Second time this year staying at this cabin by the stream, love how relaxing it is. Perfect getaway for myself, husband and our pups. Brought the 6 year old grandson along this time. We explored the area, played in the creek, saw the Kinzua Bridge, and sat by the fire enjoying the starry sky at night. Will definitely be returning. Grandson gives it 600 stars 😀.'

'I rented this location for our summer vacation as part of a Christmas present for my astronomy-loving son. It was only about 20 minutes from Cherry Springs State Park, but on a clear night, you also had a beautiful view of the night sky from the property. The house itself was lovely and clean, and it had almost everything we needed for our stay (we second the suggestion for adding a tea kettle).
