« The front desk staff was wonderful. Kind and helpful. Enrtyway of property is nice. The first room i was put in was terrible. Carpet severely stained, and frayed, wall patched and not psinted, furniture beat up, shower wall cracked. Ican deal with a well used room if its clean but this room was one you give to a terrible customer. The second roo. Wss in much better condition. I get you cant renovate every room at once but there should be a point that a room is removed from service until...

« It was one of the cleanest and well organized stay of any other hotel. Staff was wonderful and so very helpful suggesting restaurants and places to go and directions. I plan on staying on our next trip to Evansville at the very same place. Love it and would give this place 5 stars!! »

« My partner and I had a lovely stay at the Quality Inn & Suites Evansville Downtown. We stayed for one night while on a roadtrip. After a long day and drive, we were greeted by the sweetest front desk woman who struck up a pleasant conversation with us while checking us in.
