« The location was perfect and the host was more than accommodating. I recommend anyone who wants to stay in a quiet peaceful place and visit the national forest this place is for you. The only recommendation I have is check your email prior to going to the destination for instructions. The area is remote and cell signal is off and on. Once you arrive and access wifi your phone works perfectly. »

« This was absolutely the perfect little get away. The house sleeps six and it was just what we needed to unwind. The basement sleeping was perfect for sleeping in and getting real rest. The house was stocked with games and movies to remind us to slow down and be present. We had a hiccup checking in, but the host helped us immediately and checked on us to make sure everything was fine. We will book again and take advantage of the restaurant down the street to make cooking easier! »

« This property is really unique and fun. The indoor space is compact but very cleverly designed and comfortable, and the outdoor space including the deck, fire pit, hot tub and lake shore are all top-notch. We only stayed one night and I wish our trip had allowed us more time to enjoy this spot. »

« Overall, the property worked well for our trip. The path to the dock could be better but that’s the only suggestion for what is a great property. The property is tucked in the back of a cove that is very quiet which is nice but limits views of the lake from the nice back patio. Steve is an excellent host. Always responds quickly. »

« Adorable little cabin! Quiet and peaceful lake, no loud party barges or music blaring...We came for the quilt show in Paducah and we ate at Paducah, Metropolis, and Brookport, all were a quick drive. We would definitely stay again if we come back to the quilt show. »
