'Tv didn’t work. Staff tried to fix it but was unsuccessful '

'Stay was great - courteous staff, cleanliness. Breakfast for a weekend should be until 10am, not 9am! We did not make the breakfast time.'

'I prepaid a 2-night stay however when I arrived I was informed that the elevator was out of order and I would have to climb the stairs. I explained that my aunt was disabled and could not climb stairs. They told me that there were no rooms on the first floor available and could not help me. They also told me that the elevator had been out of order for a few weeks. I also overheard the staff talking about running out of coffee for breakfast. Needless to say that I will not ever stay here....

'The room was shabby and lacked any amenities other than soap. The front desk person was unable and help with anything as she said her boss was the only one capable. For example I asked her to print something and she gave me the email address. When I returned to pick it up she said it went to her boss so it was unavailable '

'I tried to check into this hotel. Upon my arrival, they informed me that the elevator was out of order. Then they informed me that they have no room rooms on the first floor. I am unable to climb stairs, but they were not able to give me the room I paid for. I am so upset with them because they will not refund me. I prepaid the room for 2 nights on Expedia and they refused to refund me. That is terrible. I think the American disability act needs to be informed of this place. How are they...

'Just needed a quick night to stay halfway between home and Houston. Location was convenient. As many states in reviews, there is no front desk attendant, you message the property on here and they come meet you. Room was clean, but… Bed was rock hard and there were people outside yelling/blasting music all night long. Will definitely not stay there again. '

'The spiral staircase and full kitchen in the main house was unexpected! Along with full bathrooms in both the main house and the guest house. Temperature could be acclimated to be comfortable. It was crazy wonderful! It was like an adult adventure - we highly recommend it! . This is fantastic for a family or friend get-away. '

'The lake cabin was the perfect getaway for the weekend with some friends! Everything was as listing said and it was a very nice property. We brought our kayaks and the beach on the lake was perfect for putting in the water, nice and sandy. It was perfect in every way!'

'The condo was beautiful! We absolutely loved the view. The kids had so much fun on the beach area and in the swimming pool. The owner was very responsive to messages. We loved pur stay with you!'
