'Great location ice machines down 2 of 3 floors Bug in bathtub no hand soap at sink took 20 minutes to get a breakfast burrito and I was the only order housekeeping did refresh but did not even empty the full trash can Front desk super nice Would not stay here next time'

'Current guests were cooking on electric skillets on the sidewalk, bathroom was ancient, a A/C fan had a terrible high pitch scream. We forfeited our prepayment and left before we unloaded our bags. Horrible place. No idea how this rated a 7+ rating on Expedia'

'The room was fairly clean but very old and rundown. The tub had been repainted with all the paint coming off and a super slick floor. The shower curtain was ripped and ineffective. The TV was so old we couldn't stream anything and had to watch basic channels. The manager at the front desk was very nice and the bed was comfortable.'

Beds, linens, and household fixings were topnotch! The location was convenient to downtown Troy. Thanks for a wonderful weekend! '
