'Great communication with host. House was exactly how it appeared on ad. Super close to Fort Leonard Wood main gate. Privately nestled in a family oriented neighborhood. Comfortable clean beds was a plus. Things we could have used and not provided is a small sweeper. We had a 1 yr old traveling with us and the area rugs in the house seemed fairly new and i wanted to keep them that way. Also a swiffer would have been nice. 'This cabin is beautiful! We wanted to do a float trip but didnt want to stay in tents or the typical small cabins that make up the majority of this area. This cabin made our float trip feel very luxorious! Bird's Nest Lodge came and picked us up and dropped us off directly from the driveway, and their 6 mile float was perfect! 'great place to stay. very relaxing and definately back to nature. host family very kind to bring extra wood for stove it was so warm inside. we want to recommend but also want it to be "OUR" spot. we are already trying to decide when is best to return. we want to experience some warm weather there.'
