« Great place not too far from Sparta. Stayed for the AIM Grand and it was a great location. Easy drive to the range with several little towns between with great local eating establishments. Great kitchen and family room. »

« This is a very clean and nice apartment within a very close drive to the Kinkaid boat launch. Easy to locate and can fit a car with a boat in tow no problem. This spot was also much more quiet than the campground or RV spots nearby. They have a great porch and a grill and we didn’t bring something for it which made me sad. »

« We loved the property and felt right at home. It was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely like to stay there again when we can. »

« We rented this property for the 2024 Eclipse viewing. That in itself was amazing but the property was the highlight for our whole family. It’s a beautiful setting, the home was upscale and fabulous, and, the stocked pond did not disappoint. The amenities provided were the best with beautifully equipped kitchen, big screen TV’s in every room and beautiful deck overlooking the pond.
