'Location was close to the freeway. Self parking was convenient. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfy. Shower curtain/rod was loose. Toilet seat broken.'

'My shower was not even warm and I had to wash with the sink water that was very warm. No matter how long I ran the shower it never got warm enough to step in. Since the sink got hot water, I believe they limited the shower temperature. Infuriating! '
