'What an amazing stay! The house was super comfy and so cute. So quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect getaway from hustle and bustle. We swam in the lake both at the house and also at Gaston day area. Ate at Suka sushi and it was fantastic! The owner was extremely responsive and checked on us at arrival. The owner also recommended some antique store and I got some sweet finds. Definitely a stay again kind of place!'

'3 generations came together to celebrate Thanksgiving here, and we had a wonderful time! We cooked a turkey on the gas grill; the house was very well stocked for cooking and serving a big meal for 15. We brought a folding table for an extra 6 seats in the kitchen/dining room, which was a perfect fit (turns out the house has a folding table and 6 nice folding chairs!).We enjoyed the fire pit and appreciated it was well stocked with wood. 'The location was good for our family get-together. If you need dock space, you should coordinate with the owner, Tyler, to make sufficient room for your pontoon or power boat. There is very limited room on the outside of dock, as owner described as 9.5 x 2ft. We could not dock a rental pontoon boat or ski boat. We did not swim in dock area due to weeds, silt and algae.(Could not upload photo).'
