'We booked this hotel using hotel.com and as a silver member we did not receive the extra’s mentioned. There was also a mentioning of an outdoor pool but the hotel does not have an outdoor pool, so this is also very misleading. The fine dining restaurant Ken Chan supposedly has 3 Michelin stars but it has none, the food was bad and we left te restaurant very disappointing.'

'Staff are friendly and helpful. Room is pretty small but clean. Views are great. Breakfast is just ok.'

'Viel tegen'

' Kamer.met prachtig uitzicht vanaf de 12e verdieping. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk zoals bijna alle mensen in Taiwan. '

'seeing at least two mouses at dinning area'

'The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is also in a convenuent location and very close to the lake shore.'

'Great hotel, nice owner, good location!'

'This place is outdated and dirty. And the beds are just as hard as hard as stone'

'Very friendly staff and room was spacious'
