Every single staff member we spoke to whether it was the front desk checking in, to a housekeeper in the elevator to the bartender (Garrett), everyone seemed to be in the best mood and genuinely happy to welcome you to the hotel. My husband and I have stayed at other boutique hotels in downtown Waco and this visit to AC Hotel will definitely make us a return customer. It is in a great location to the downtown restaurants...

There are a lot of homeless people in the area. We didn't have any issues during this stay, but we have had completely unprovoked hostile encounters with them in this area in the past.'
