« This hotel offers so much with your stay, and I would absolutely reserve here again. The staff was amazing — so polite, accommodating, and welcoming. The hospitality was honestly top-tier, and other hotels could definitely take pointers from this place on how to treat guests. I also want to add that I made one call regarding my room and my service dog, and Chin was absolutely wonderful. There were no issues at all, and everything was handled with kindness and professionalism. Shout-out to Chin...

« Great location. Coupler of miles from beautiful downtown Paducah and Ohio river. Many areas asking the river flood wall for picnicking. Great walking paths asking river as well. Property was undergoing construction and renovation. New carpets, paint, etc and updated amenities were nicer. Pool was closed due to renovations and there was some confusion on which breakfast items to put out due to some being for new name to be revealed later that day. »

« The staff was friendly. The room was clean but the towels and linens need replacement. There were stains on both. There was no ice machine but the staff gave us 2 bags of ice. For the value (around $60), I would stay there again. You can tell the room was updated but the deadbolt didn't work. »

« I was waiting to write a review because they charged me $50 for each of the two hotel rooms as a deposit and they said they would refund it. I just got the refund. The hotel was being refurbished and so it didn’t have an ice machine and the outside was pretty in need of repair but the beds were amazing. The bedding was the best I’ve ever slept in the pillows were great. They redid our rooms that had fresh paint and it was very comfortable. In another few months, the place will be terrific. »
