« It was easy check in and easy to access our room but the hotel staff had no idea what was open or closed as far as getting food for dinner in the casino area. We went to Red Sky grill and asked for a menu to later find it was closed at 10 pm, some of the staff can be really rude. »

« HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. In my room, everything worked great (air conditioner, shower, refrig, microwave, TV), it was clean (there were no bugs/pests), and the WiFi was fast. Outside security was great, as the hotel staff allowed my Harley-riding group and I to park our cycles out in front at the lobby entrance, where they were untouched, overnight. Hot breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very professional, friendly, and accommodating. I would stay here again, should I ever pass through...

« Charged 3x for 1 night hotel stay. Booked thru Expedia, paid thru Expedia. Then the hotel franchise charged 2x more times.
