The location is also great--right in downtown Delaware--but street noise was not an issue. There is also a great restaurant and bar downstairs which is great at the end of the day. '

My only negative and it’s really not that bad and not much you can do about it is the shower. Tall step in and out with the curtain rod so low hard to lift high and duck low to get in/out.
