'Clean room, updated room'

'For the most part the camper was a good place to sleep. The description should be updated there is no AC, fireplace, and there are 5 beds 1 being a queen sized so fitting 10 is quite a stretch. They forgot to restock so we had to make a run to the Walmart.'

'Lost a star due to an inaccurate listing. It should have been listed as "clean, comfortable basement apartment in Rexburg." Nowhere near the Grand Tetons, obviously, but that's not what we were using it for. A family, presumably the host, lives upstairs and can be heard through the ceiling. Not really a "getaway." The entrance is down the back stairs. The "patio" is a small space at the end of the driveway. Otherwise the space was very nice, clean and functional.'

'This property should be called the deceit. The front entry opens right into the bathroom. The property says it has a kitchen. That is incorrect. Placing a microwave and a mini fridge in the bathroom does not make it a kitchen. The bathroom has no privacy based on the entry way and so called kitchen. The rest of the place is nice and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. '

'Host NEVER communicated and we didn't get a keycode! We had to sleep in our truck because there were no hotel rooms available in that town.( and we were locked out of our VRBO) I called her cell and messaged her through VRBO and she didn't respond until two days after our check in date, at 1am! I have never had such a horrible experience on VRBO! I had to sit on hold with the VRBO 800 number for over 45 mins while they attempted to contact the host for me days later'
