They only had waffles, cereal, tasty potatoes with peppers, gravy, very small apples, dry biscuits (no butter or jelly), no eggs, and the little muffins were so hard/stiff I couldn't bite into them. - There were no dog bags and doo doo all over the grassy parts. - The sidewalk around the back of the hotel had all kinds of debris, broken glass, etc. as if homeless were living there. « This was the perfect location close to but outside of Stillwater for the Boys From Oklahoma concert. Much more affordable but still easy access. »

« I will never stay there again. The Satellite TV did not work could not watch any TV. It went off and on, and I did not have anything to put my dirty clothes in and top it off the day of checkout I was asleep the cleaning lady woke me up at 9:00 am to see if I was there to clean to see if I had left the room. I didn’t appreciate being woke up when I rented the room until 11 AM! »

« Incredible unique place in Gutheie Ok...the host was one of the best customer service people I have ever met. She went above and beyond anything we expected...It was so nice and enjoyable we will be back on our next Girls Trip in Guthrie Ok...rooms were wonderful and decorated like something out of a magazine.... Loved it!!!! »

« The carpet was absolutely filthy, took shoes off at the door and walked from the beds to the bathroom and around the room and my white socks looked like i had walked 5 miles outside. No hot water in the sink only cold. $20 per pet per night, $80, was ridiculous for the condition of the room. We will not stay here again, would definitely recommend spending the extra 10-20 dollars for one of the surrounding motels/hotels. »
