'I loved everything about this place. It was close to where I needed to be. It had amenities close by (Harrogate and Middlesboro nearby) and it is in a sweet town. It is on a second floor with no elevator but thankfully I only had a backpack and a purse to bring in. I did not use the shower nor washer and dryer. But everything looked care for and in working order. The kitchen had everything you needed. I loved that the bedroom and the living room had a tv with many channels and apps. The balcony...

'Beautiful house! The house was very clean and was nice and peaceful, we would definitely stay here again when we visit Wise. Thank you for everything you did for us.The Parrott's'

'We loved our stay here- so close to LMU! All was clean and worked well. Beds were comfortable with good linens. Nice living room set up for all to watch all of the streaming services. Bar in kitchen was popular hangout, and the kitchen has a nice bigger dining table. Host was amazingly communicative and kind. Highly recommend!'

'Nice and quiet. Staff were great and the area provides a good place to fish and swim with fire pits. I will definitely be going back. '

'Loved the creek and inside decor. Roomy house!'

'Lots of room. Clean. Good host.'

'We stayed for the 95th Mountain Laurel Festival and LOVED the location, access to all festival activities, and how easy it was to communicate with the renter. We hope to make this a tradition and will stay here again!'

'The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again.'

'Such a beautiful place! Very relaxing and peaceful environment! Alisa and Gary are great hosts!'

'Excellent and comfortable. Would love to stay longer and will return if ever back in Wise VA.'

'Beautiful views. Didn’t see any bears lol. We arrived after dark and had some trouble figuring out how to get in but the host was quick to respond. Make sure you know 2nd bathroom is in detached building outside. I missed that in the description. It was a nice place to stay really comfortable beds. Host set up play area at the bottom which was nice for the kids. Porch has a swing for relaxing. Veranda was where I spent a lot of time. I love the rocking chairs. Very peaceful.'
