'The property had debris laying around under the breezeway and in the back of the parking area. The staff was nice. She asked if we wanted to pay $5 more for a renovated bathroom and we said yes. The room was nice looking but the floor had a sticky residue that made a sticking sound with every step. The bathroom floor was dirty with hair and dirt pushed to the corners and we paid $5 extra! I booked online and when I got to the property I told them just that the staff tried to charge me again saying I didn’t pay online despite me showing them the receipt and the confirmation number. 'You pay for what you get. Pros: Reasonably priced Clean Cons: Lake is farther away then thought. Needs some small improvements. There isn't much to do in the area. Overall, wasn't a bad place to sleep.'
