« Our stay in this delightful Shoehouse 14-!6 July 2025 was certainly a memorable relaxing treat. You have certainly thought of and met our every need. Beds comfortable, ac adjustable, linens plentiful---even make-up removable cloths. Loved the former ice cream parlor downstairs area (where I had enjoyed previously) as we played board games with tea and Keurig coffees and the convenience of yet another bathroom there. « Overall, excellent rental. The location is wonderful (walking distance to hershey museum and several restaurants and shops). While walking times are listed for hershey world and hershey park, you can't actually walk to them. The drive is about 10 minutes. You could walk to zoo America. Check in was easy and the host accommodated our earlier than expected arrival. Only improvement I can recommend would be a new mattress or add a supportive mattress topper in the adult bedroom. « The Cocoa Cottage was above and beyond what my family and I ever expected!! The house is amazing! Clean, so cute, great layout, perfect location but most of all the pool was incredible!!!!! The owner has the home stocked with all necessities, very detailed instructions regarding check in/check out, trash, etc. A cute handy pamphlet with extra info about nearby restaurants and areas to check out. This was by far the best house rental I’ve booked and can’t wait to visit again! Thank you!! »

« The host was a fabulous communicator, and obviously wanted our stay to be everything we were hoping it to be. It was! The accommodations were perfect for our 9 family members 2 dogs. Kitchen items that were thoughtfully provided included coffee pods, coffee mate, spices, in addition to the plentiful dishes and flatware. »

« My boys have always wanted to stay in a treehouse. Lucky for them, I found this gem on our travels. We only stayed one night, but my youngest could have stayed forever! The amimals on the property were a true treat. I highly reccomend Fairview Farms for your next advemture. »

« The Cottage and surrounding grounds were just as described in the listing. Great location, easy access to almost anywhere. Cottage is quaint & charming; has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Cottage was clean & pristine! Layout is perfect for smaller families or friends vacationing together. The saltwater pool, with pool toys/floats and towels, was absolutely perfect! It was too hot for the hot tub or sauna but they were inviting too. The host was readily available and accommodating....

« We’re a family of 6 and had an amazing weekend stay here while visiting Hershey Park! The penthouse apartment was very clean and accommodated us perfectly, with two bunk beds for our four kids 10 and under, and the queen bed for my husband and I, a full kitchen with cooking supplies, smart TV, and full bathroom. Cheaper and nicer than hotels! Lots of cute shops and places to get food just a block or two away, the restaurant Fennicci’s below the apartments was very nice too. 10/10 will definitely...
