'Great hotel good location right off the hwy, clean rooms , free breakfast, reasonable prices.'

'I booked this online and reserved it. They charged me $96 on my credit card (I didn’t know they had charged me until I looked at my card days later. I thought I was going to pay when we got there. When we got there that evening, they said that there are no rooms available. So we left and stayed at another hotel in Schulenburg. I realized days later they still charged my credit card online. & he is REFUSING to refund me even tho we didn’t stay there cz they said there were no rooms left...

'Room was clean, but we had no hot water, ac struggled to cool the room, the tub faucet leaked all night, and the breakfast was not good. Eggs were not eatable, apple juice was watered down a lot, orange juice was watered down too, lights were all off for breakfast, and it smelled very musty. Staff was not apologetic about the hot water. It appeared that everything was done as cheaply as possible.'
