'Room was old tired smells'

'Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was yummy. Plenty of parking. Close to the university and tons of stores. Carpet in our room possibly wasn’t vacuumed. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.'

'The hotel was dirty and our room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The bathroom and the tub /shower were filthy. The shower and toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year - it was disgusting. And when we were leaving there was a cockroach walking around in the hotel.'
