« It was very peaceful and nices view. Rooms where small but very comfortable. Cleaned had all the utensils. And very much pet friendly. If you want a places to relax or just quietness with a lake view and go fishing this is the place. Ill be keeping this on my list to stay. Absolutely loved it there. Me and my family. »

« This cute little place was just enough. We planned our lodging late and were blessed to find a clean, adorable home with nice touches like LED fireplaces, nice TVs, and a porch swing on the back deck. The kitchen is equipped enough to make various meals, maybe not if you’re a self-taught chef like my husband LOL but we certainly didn’t starve and we did cook salmon in foil pouches over the outdoor fire pit that has a cooking grate. « We enjoyed our stay and if ever back in Kentucky would book again. It is extremely convenient for Bardstown distilleries and pretty close to Louisville. Very quiet and relaxing property with plenty of privacy. There are two things I would point out: 1. It is a haul to the Frankfort/Lexington distilleries. If that is your plan you might want to book elsewhere. 2. The bathroom is tiny, and I mean tiny. If you are on the larger side you may have some issues. »

« I didn't like the bed because you could not sleep 2 people up there. The parking sucked has to carry everything up the hill and the wrap around porch should have a roof so when it rains you can still enjoy sitting outside and in the hot tub and the cleaner was really rude we did not know it was central time when we showed up so we were on time on our time it was our anniversary and could not even contact the host if we needed roo »

« The property was perfect! It is such a cozy place for a weekend getaway. The host was amazing and communication was great. My husband’s band Watered Down Whiskey was in town for the weekend to play at a couple local bars. It was the perfect space to recharge and relax after the gigs. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay and enjoy the space longer. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in town. »
