« The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

« This place was prefect for our family of 5 staying the weekend to visit family. Our host was very helpful and responsive to questions and communications, and the listing was exactly as described. Lots of very thoughtful touches that made us feel more at home, such games, coffee and tea, and most bathroom essentials. The area is easy to navigate and surprisingly quiet at night. Street parking was quite easy for us to find on the weekend as well. Would be happy to return! »

Hours before check-in the host contacted me off the VRBO platform to let me know that they had an error on their part and the address of the listing is wrong. This was a safety concern but I was arriving to a different country with my partner and child and needed a place to go.
