'The unit was clean and attractively arranged, but the check-in process was exhausting. The smart lock on the unit door did not work, and requesting new codes through the app did not solve the problem. I had to go back and forth with the host before eventually obtaining a backup physical key. The nearby parking-access door was also malfunctioning that day. As many past reviews have stated, it is quite loud but we knew this when we booked and came prepared with ear plugs and left the fan on for white noise.
