'Very spacious room, what I didn’t like was the guest above us running and jumping around at 12:30/1:00am in the morning for 2 nights straight other than that it was nice.'

'I Loved this Hotel, very Cool & Super Clean!! We had a King room with the bunk beds & Loved it!! Loved the property, staff was Super friendly & nice!!! The waitresses, bartenders were Great, loved talking with them!! Front desk was so friendly too, also asking how is your stay? And it is right in the heart of the strip in the Dells. Can't wait to book another stay!!! 👍👍😊😊'

'Unique the rooms with balcony. Loved it very much. The Boathouse restaurant was very good. This hotel is excellent and people have a heart for their job. Nothing to change for me.'

'I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.'

'Our microwave was dirty. It was hard to find staff when needed. (To tell them there were no pool area towels. Twice.) The entire hotel waa very loud with large crowds and kids in the hall until midnight. Room seemed updated. Other than the microwave the room seemed clean. One hallway and elevator had trash and something sticky all over for two days. Pool area seemed ok. We used that twice. Breakfast was decent. Typical hotel breakfast with options.'

'We had a great experience with Black Hawk. Everything was well maintained and clean with just the right amount of kitsch. There were flowers planted everywhere and other thoughtful touches. We arrived after experiencing reservation issues at another hotel and it was refreshing to have such great customer service after the first hotel failed us. I would definitely return!'
