« Fair good »

« Brand new property where you can still smell the paint drying! The double queen bed was very spacious with an oversized bathroom which was a welcome surprise! The shower head pressure was perfect along with the provided toiletries. If I could find a “con” to this property, my wife and I would agree that the one set of elevators makes it a challenge for rooms booked at either end of the property. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would go back again when visiting the Dells. »

« A Great Stay! The hotel felt newly renovated, and very clean. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. We found ourselves wishing we had more than one night to stay. We would definitely stay again. We ate at the restaurant on property and it was good. Very conveniently located to the Dells. »

« I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again. »

« Même au rez de chaussé il y a 3 marches à descendre au bâtiment 3. Piscine non chauffée eau froide. Jacuzzi bien et serviettes mise à disposition. Chambre communicante, voisin bruyant on l entendait comme s'il était dans la chambre. Sinon Chambre donnant sur l arrière on entend pas la circulation. Proche restaurants, walgreen, station service. Ptit dej. Gaufre. Céréales, pain, jus d orange et jus de pomme, yaourt. Salle de petit déjeuner. Chambre propre mais un peu petite »

« Great rooms and location. Everything was clean and up to date. Quite properly. The staff was very nice. 10/10 would stay again! »

« As always, Fairmont Inns, are clean and nicely appointed. The issue we had was with the front desk and housekeeping. There was an accident on our second night and we needed one of the beds sheets changed. The woman at the desk said that it was a firm rule that housekeeping could only clean a room every three days. We had no issue with that, we did not want our room cleaned. We just needed one of the beds to have clean sheets because it was soiled and unsanitary to sleep in. The woman at the...

« The set up and cleanliness of the room was nice! However the beds were very hard and the staff were not helpful or very friendly and welcoming. »
