« I suspect this would be a reasonable property for a long term guest but is not ideal for short term stays. I spent the 1st 20-30 minutes of my stay trying to get the WiFi working, including calls with the host and provider which ultimately did not work The neighborhood is a typical close to/off campus area with the wear and tear that you would expect or a bit worse. There are not expected amenities like toiletries at the property. Hate to be picky but I am not entirely comfortable rooting...

« Cant say enough good things. My knees didnt like the stairs but the apartment was GREAT! Super clean, well equipped, comfy bed, nice a quiet, plenty of hot water, (yes thats important) Super close to everything.... PERFECT get away. Thank you - we had a very nice family weekend. »

« Nice little place with a great view on Old Lemon Mills (good walking the road, too). —One lesson learned with a last minute booking, was to ask next time for minimal air freshener/ spraying! I had real difficulty breathing w asthma the first night, but Sabrina from the Kentucky team was very responsive & brought over a good air filter the next day, which helped a lot. —Minus the air freshener blitz, we would stay there again »

« I rented this house because it was close to the hospital where my mother was in for surgery. Only 10 minutes from the hospital and many restaurants and shops. The house was very clean and super cute! The upstairs bathroom with large shower was amazing. »
