« Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast area is large. I have yet to find a staff member twho hasn't been friendly and super helpful. The only suggestions I have for improvement are: * update towels. They are currently thin and scratchy. * add a light source at the desk area in the rooms. »

« l'hôtel est de très bonne qualité. le seul reproche est que la chambre n'était pas faite après un départ à 10h ou 10h30 le matin. C'est impecacable pour les gens en businees trip mais pas pour les personnes en vancances avec leur famille. dommage car le reste est de très bonne qualité. séjour très agréable malgré tout. »

« I've stayed at this property a few times during the past 2 years. The cleanliness and service has been consistently excellent. Once I brought my dog with me. A first floor room wasn't available, so staff gave me a room near the elevator on the 2nd floor. I will absolutely stay here again. »

« Just my personal preference - i wish the bed was more comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding - many options to choose from. »

« We went for breakfast at 730 am and no food left they brought more but not much and again by the time we go in line and to the hot food, it was all gone again. We asked staff for more food.as.we had still not eaten. We never did get breakfast...ate somewhere else. There was a bunch of water in the elevator from someone who was in the pool causing a tripping hazzard. »

« This property is very old and it looks it. The furniture is old, the tile is old. Everything was just a little broken. The side door entrance to the building didn't lock, my room door's top lock was broken. The vending machines didn't work. The bottom sheet on the bed was worn and pilling. When I arrived the place smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies that I had to leave to get some air. So I guess they do clean, but it is just so old, there's not much you could do to fix it with any amount...

« Third stop that began from Calgary. Nice and calm. After a 1212 km drive, we needed a good bed and it did the job. I recommend. »

« This property could be ok. It is older. They have done some remodeling but could use some new paint. Clean the hot tub and pool area. The chair in our room had the seat cover basically off. But the biggest thing was the comforter cover looked dirty and stained, but even worse when I took the cover off the comforter had a big pee stain on it. I mean it smelled like it had been washed but cmon, why would you put that on there. They did immediately give me a new one and apologize. The staff was...
