'Our room was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. The beds are amazing! The staff is a very helpful and kind. Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was delicious and the dining area is clean. My family totally enjoyed the indoor swimming pool.'

'The Staff was polite, courteous, and very friendly. When I had a few concerning issues. They were quick to respond and resolved it in a timely matter. The room overall was nice and clean. It had everything I needed to make my time comfortable. The free breakfast was good. It had different options for you to choose from. I would stay here again when I plan to revisit Joplin, MO. in the near future. '

'Good customer service. Coffee available around the clock, though sometimes not hot. We did have some noisy patrons above us but not the fault of the hotel as I did not mention until night 2. Very pleased with stay. Highly recommend. Clean and comfortable. '
