'What a pleasant surprise for us when we arrived at D's Base Camp. Located right off the highway. Staff very friendly and ready to assist when needed. We had 3 spacious bedrooms with each having room for 3 to sleep. Two full bathrooms, very clean and roomy. We also had a nice living room and kitchen. While we didn't cook, it appeared to have everything we'd need to cook, if we had chose to. I definitely would stay again, when in the area. One thing to note is the lodging was on the 2nd...

'Very cute and cozy cabins. Simple. Had all the basics you could need for a weekend trip. We came out of season for some winter hiking and the waterfalls nearby. The guide in the room was informational about where things were and what we could do.'

Location overlooking the town is perfect, literally only a stone’s throw from the Quincy mine tour which is a must see… but that’s another review.
