'We enjoyed our stay at Independence Stay Hotel in Houghton. The hotel was new, clean, updated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated having a full kitchen along with the other amenities, which made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast offerings were modest, but it was a nice little something to get you started for the day. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would gladly stay here again.'

'Easiest check-in and check-out experiences ever! There were four of us traveling together and we appreciated the spaciousness of the suite. If you are looking to catch a sea plane to Isle Royale National Park I highly recommend staying a D's Base Camp the night before.'
