'Clean rooms, helpful staff'

'Horrible don’t bother! Took 45 mins to get a code to get into my room. Spoke to an elderly couple who said it took an hour and a half for them to check in! LISTEN! There is NO Staff On site! No one to help you with anything you might need, including no ice machine! When I finally Made contact with a live person over the phone. They insisted on a $50 dollar deposit before they would give me my room code! For what? They have zero amenities, no room service, nothing to purchase in room?! Big issue...

'The brown sheets and brown towels are a negative, it is hard to know if the sheet and towels are clean! It was decorated cute. It did need some maintenance.'

'The Tipi Retreat had all necessary amenities and then some. Owners clearly anticipated any needs from heated blankets, a coffee maker, outdoor heater to twinkle lights. The beds were very comfortable and the scenery was outstanding. There were only port-a potties on site but as a family used to camping, we didn’t mind. The hotsprings that were open in town were not to our liking but the Tipi Resort is a definite must if you’re staying in the area.'

'Nice location for what we needed but it wasn't very clean. Lots of bugs and shattered patio door covered by cardboard. Everytime we went outside and shut the opposite door pieces of glass came out on the concrete. No towels for showering and very little household/kitchen needs. The beds were decent and there was coffee.'

'Amazing place, beautiful and cozy space with gorgeous views! Great location, I hit the hot springs all morning, hiked all over in the afternoons and enjoyed cooking meals in the wonderful and well stocked kitchen with unbelievable views of the Big Horn River, Wedding of the Waters, and Wind River Canyon. Love the decks and outdoor space as well, very cool location that’s hard to beat. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend! '
