'The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with good sitting room furniture and and good mini-kitchen. It was odd that staff were never directly available at the front desk. It was necessary to pick up a phone on the front counter and call them. They did respond promptly. The elevator was finicky -- at one point in my stay the call button did not light. I had to go to the front desk, call the clerk on the phone, and she had to 're-set' the elevator. Strange. Breakfast was typical. Parking was...

'DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE. I’ve stayed here yearly since 2022, but this time, we were told our room was in “the other building”. This “other building” was in a different parking lot and had several boarded up windows/door. Parking lot full of garbage and dog feces. First floor smelled like feces. Filthy carpet. Had to shoulder the room door open (got worse throughout stay). Man from the front desk said he had to bring us towels and fix the TV (it never worked). Bathroom light was burned out; took...
