Our dog loved the grounds where the owner generously mowed paths around the property to make walking and exploring fun and enjoyable.For those looking to fish - there isn’t a pier and the ground leading down to the water isn’t level - just something to be aware of waterproof shoes with good traction would be helpful. »

The cabin was extremely clean, had everything we needed (towels, bedding, basic kitchen supplies), and the ac unit kept up even in the heat wave we were experiencing (plus there are several fans you can move where desired). « This was a perfect place to have our family gather! Meal preparation was easy in the well organized and stocked kitchen. The extra tables and chairs in the garage made a great dining hall. The weather was extremely hot, so the pool offered wonderful relief and was very fun. We would highly recommend this lovely home! »

Thru the week we had several friends and families stayed over a night or two while others just visited for a day as we were working in a Christian ministry in the area. « Wonderful cabin. Well kept/clean, everything we needed for a 3 night stay. Secluded, perfect place to stay with our very vocal miniature schnauzer. There was nobody around for him to annoy with his barks of excitement! Saw lots of deer including a mama and her twins and one turkey. Enjoyed popcorn and listening to the records.
